Horizontal Lock - Industrial Grade Ethernet Cable

Horizontal-lock molded Ethernet cable, available in drag chain harness and static harness versions. The industrial-grade crystal connector adopts a high-strength housing and gold-plated brass contacts to deliver robust and stable transmission in industrial environments. The drag-chain-rated Ethernet cable is designed for dynamic applications, constructed with multi-strand fine copper conductors for bending resistance and anti-fatigue performance; the static Ethernet cable is cost-effective and stable to meet requirements in relatively stationary environments.

Excellent environmental adaptability: drag-chain version with PUR/TPE jacket resists oil and extreme temperatures; static version with PVC jacket meets basic flame retardant and moisture-proof requirements. Durable structure: the drag-chain cable has built-in strength member to withstand repeated bending; the static cable features solid conductors for low aging risk during long-term fixed installation. Flexible installation: the flexible drag-chain cable fits dynamic movement of equipment; the static cable has moderate hardness. Stable transmission: high-purity copper conductors paired with premium insulation reduce signal attenuation and ensure reliable communication.

Component Composition

Cable conductors: high-purity oxygen-free copper. The drag-chain type uses multi-strand ultra-fine copper wires, while the static type uses thick-strand copper wires. Insulation jacket: drag-chain type PUR/TPE jacket, oil resistant and wide temperature resistant; static type PVC jacket for basic flame retardancy and moisture resistance. Shielding layer: drag-chain type optional aluminum foil plus tinned copper braid; static type optional single aluminum foil shielding. Inner layers: optional tensile cotton yarn, filler cotton yarn, individual shielded wires and other selections.
